Rebranded from the Oquendo Center, The Viticus Center provides meeting and lab space devoted to practical, clinical, and hands-on learning for the veterinary community. The Oquendo Center is conveniently located about one mile from the Las Vegas McCarran International Airport and about 2 miles from the host conference hotel.

Kate Sippel, DVM, DACVR
Clinical Assistant Professor, Diagnostic Imaging University of Florida
Dr. Kate Sippel earned her bachelor’s degree in biology at Colorado College in Colorado Springs and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Illinois in Urbana. She completed her residency in diagnostic imaging at Michigan State University. Dr. Sippel works with private practices, universities, and in telemedicine. She also works for IDEXX and has lectured nationally and internationally on numerous imaging topics. Dr. Sippel is an avid horseback rider competing in Jumper events across the country.

Elodie Huguet, DVM, DACVR
Clinical Assistant Professor, Diagnostic Imaging University of Florida
Elodie grew up in France before moving to South Carolina in 2001. She obtained her veterinary degree at the University of Georgia and pursued her radiology interest with a one-year internship at Virginia Equine Imaging in Middleburg, VA. She then completed a small animal rotating internship at BluePearl Veterinary Partners in Louisville, KY followed by a radiology internship at Veterinary Specialty Hospital of the Carolinas in North Carolina. Following the completion of her radiology internship, Elodie accepted a radiology residency at Veterinary Specialty Hospital of the Carolinas and then joined the UF diagnostic imaging team in 2019 to complete her residency. Elodie is now a clinical assistant professor of Diagnostic Imaging at the University of Florida and works part-time for IDEXX teleradiology.
Tingwei Ou, DVM, MS, DACVR (Diagnostic Imaging)
Dr. Ou graduated from the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2017. After a small animal rotating internship at VCA Northwest Veterinary Specialists near Portland, Oregon, he completed a diagnostic imaging residency at The Ohio State University Veterinary Medical Center in 2021.
Shannon Holmes, DVM, MSc, DACVR
Dr. Shannon Holmes attended veterinary school at Ontario Veterinary College, completed a rotating internship at Michigan Veterinary Specialists, and her diagnostic imaging residency at Washington State University. She previously worked as an Associate Professor of Diagnostic Imaging at the University of Georgia College of Veterinary Medicine. She lives in Florida with her chihuahuas. However, being originally from Canada, she enjoys the summer weather up north.
Reynsen Shigemoto, DVM, MS, DACVR
Dr. Reynsen Shigemoto received his veterinary degree from Colorado State University in 2007. After graduating, Dr. Shigemoto completed an internship with VCA West Los Angeles Animal Hospital. His next two years were spent as the medical director at Animal Imaging Center in Los Angeles. Dr. Shigemoto went on to a radiology residency at the University of Florida, which he completed in 2013, and subsequently became board certified in Radiology with the American College of Veterinary Radiology. Dr. Shigemoto has always had veterinary medicine in his heart. He decided on his career path in high school, chose radiology as his specialty before he entered vet school and worked as a veterinary technician during college.
