Freeman is the official show services partner of the ACVIM Forum. Freeman’s online ordering system provides you with the ability to order a wide range of products and services as well as access important show information, forms and dates which include move-in/move-out schedules.

Exhibitor Housing
Maritz Global Events is the only official, exclusive housing provider for the 2025 ACVIM Forum. Starting in January, registered exhibitors will receive an email from Martiz Global Events with booking information. Any other channels of booking reservations are not authorized and are not recommended as they may be a scam.
Exhibitor Badges
Each exhibiting company will receive four complimentary badges per 100 square feet of booth space.
Additional badges outside your complimentary allotment will be charged at $250 each. Online exhibit personnel badge orders will open in March 2025.
Payment for additional badges requested onsite is required prior to printing the badge, no exceptions. Lost or misplaced badges onsite may be replaced for $50 and will require a photo ID. No name substitutions will be granted once badges have been printed.
Exhibitor badges allow complimentary admittance to scientific sessions, however, if CE credits are desired, an attendee registration must be purchased.
