Attendees were able to choose from one of the five available activities during the networking break on June 9. After Hours Events

After learning concluded on Wednesday and Thursday evenings, attendees were invited to join us for two live, interactive events. Competition was steep and prizes were awarded to first, second and third places during Trivia Night, and the Flying Ivories kept us entertained with a Dueling Pianos Show customized by audience requests!

Connection with Fellow Attendees

There were plenty of ways for attendees to network and connect during the conference, whether on the Attendee Chat discussion board or in the dedicated Specialists Lounge, sponsored by VCA Animal Hospitals. We also invited attendees to get social with us by commenting on our daily social media posts during the live event. Each comment earned an attendee one entry into a $100 gift card drawing, which was awarded at the end of the event!

Connection with Exhibitors and Sponsors

Throughout the conference, attendees were encouraged to take advantage of dedicated visiting hours for the virtual Solutions Center and the Career Fair, a new area designed to facilitate connections between attendees and hiring companies. Some of the latest products and services were on display in the Product Showcase and sponsor giveaways, promotions and freebies were up for grabs on the Prizes and Giveaways page. The interactive Scavenger Hunt game gave attendees the opportunity to earn points by interacting with sponsor and exhibitor booths and completing specific actions on the virtual platform. Prizes for top competitors were awarded at the end of the conference.

Wellbeing Center

Attendees were welcome to take a break from learning and networking in the Wellbeing Center, sponsored by Merck Animal Health. Here, attendees could access six self-guided sessions designed to help pause and re-center.
